Why we exist

Every person deserves dignity—and the opportunity to build a better tomorrow

New Life Mission is a Christ-centered resource hub where meals and groceries become the first step toward stability.

Through consistent engagement, individuals connect to mental health care, addiction recovery, housing support, work programs, and other services that help them move forward.

WHY OUR APPROACH IS DIFFERENT

Poverty intervention often focuses on volume — meals served, boxes distributed, appointments scheduled.
Volume alone does not reduce repeat crisis.

Many systems that respond to poverty are disconnected—food in one place, housing in another, counseling somewhere else.
People in crisis are often left trying to figure it out on their own.

New Life Mission strengthens the place where people first ask for help.
Through daily engagement, practical guidance, and coordinated connections to services, people can begin moving from crisis toward stability.  Every step we take with an individual is done with compassion and dignity.

Meals and groceries are not the end goal. They are the starting point for connection.

This structure strengthens existing providers across the county.

Our Operating Model

Consistency

Predictable hours and daily engagement create reliability.

Assessment

Needs are evaluated through structured, caring interaction, not casual referral.

Connection

Individuals are connected to mental health care, addiction recovery, workforce services, housing pathways, and public benefits.

Follow-Through

Engagement does not end at referral. Progress is monitored and barriers are revisited.
Connection begins with conversation.

Our Values

New Life Mission's values are Gospel-based.  We believe in treating people with dignity, compassion and respect.  We do this by providing quality service in a clean environment, given freely, offering encouragement and hope and empowering self-sufficiency

Our Vision

To Be Pioneers in Poverty Reduction in Butler County, Ohio.

Being pioneers means refusing to accept the status quo when it fails to produce progress. We identify where systems fall short and work with our partners to establish structures that interrupt repeat crisis.

We are working toward a Butler County where services work together, crisis is addressed earlier, and more people move toward stability.

New Life Mission exists not simply to manage poverty, but to reduce it.
